We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk & Ownership:
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been delivered to the provided shipping address.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Once approved, Paik Essentials will either:

Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment processing begins. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
